Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst, who will support the eCommerce team. What will you be doing?
- Deliver regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to support eCommerce, demand generation, and sales development teams
- Prepare, clean, and manage prospect and performance data across systems (CRM, analytics tools)
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and quality across reporting and dashboards
- Extract and analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Data Lake, and Tableau
- Support CRM data uploads and maintain data hygiene standards
- Contribute to dashboard development and reporting improvements
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and data requests from cross-functional teams
- Document data processes, workflows, and reporting logic
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) and MS Access
- Ability to work with and prepare data in CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce is an advantage)
- Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or basic SQL is also an advantage
- Basic understanding of marketing, demand generation, or eCommerce metrics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal) for documenting and explaining data
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and data concepts
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work late afternoon, because your manager is based in Canada
