Job Details
As Junior Data Analyst you will be responsible for operating as the first point of contact for Cencora employees providing direct assistance with BI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the first point of contact for World Courier employees by keeping track of reporting incidents.
- Ensure the resolution of basic incidents, and/or escalate to senior team members based on incident complexity.
- Support business requests related to reporting system access and reporting system usage.
- Create, update and debug Alteryx workflows with support of senior team members.
- Perform initial assessment of SQL stored procedures to identify potential data errors.
- Assist in administration of Alteryx Server and Alteryx Gallery environments. Actively review queues and monitor tool usage.
- Run periodic reports in Excel. Ensure timely report delivery to stakeholders.
- Support data extraction from SQL database based on requests from different business segments.
- Serve as a resource for interpreting data and information.
- Create and/or update documentation, self-service guides reporting tools.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics teams to coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure deliverables are met.
- Support senior team members on enhancements to existing tools and processes
Requirements:
- Previous work or internship experience in a similar field.
- Three/four-year bachelor's degree program in a university/college in fields such as IT, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Business Administration.
- Completed a training course in one of the following topics - Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence
Minimum Skills Required:
- Planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems to identify and apply appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (essential).
- Ability to write and understand Structure Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL) and data management (desirable).
- Ability to create and/or understand one of the following - Alteryx Designer, Power BI (desirable).
- Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticket management system (desirable).
- Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional global teams.
Salary ranges: 2069 - 2955 EUR monthly
