Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 2-3 years of experience working in data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for data cleaning, analysis, and process mapping to support data integrity efforts within the organization. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Extract and analyze data from various systems to support data processes improvements.
  • Assist in developing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct process mapping using Visio or similar tools to document workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform data cleaning and validation to support data integrity efforts.
  • Support database maintenance and optimization efforts.
  • Assist in ad hoc data-related projects as required.

Desired Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

At JSSI, we are committed to rewarding our team members with competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect their contributions and talent.

 

For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
