Generate and close sales for JSSI’s aviation maintenance software platforms across Eastern Europe. Responsibilities include lead generation, pipeline management, online product demonstrations, quota attainment, customer negotiations, contract generation, Salesforce reporting, market analysis, and relationship development. The role requires aviation sales experience, business aviation knowledge, strong communication skills, and travel within the territory or to industry events.

Coordinates customer aircraft onboarding from signed enrollment through successful configuration. Reviews enrollment data for accuracy and completeness, identifies gaps, schedules projects around team capacity, monitors deadlines, escalates risks, collaborates with customer-facing and configuration teams, and tracks quality findings through resolution while maintaining clear documentation and customer expectations.

Owns day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including alert monitoring, incident investigation, containment, recovery, detection engineering, vulnerability remediation, security automation, and security awareness. Builds SOAR workflows integrating SIEM, EDR, identity, email, and ticketing systems. Assesses network and cloud security, supports compliance and audits, develops procedures and playbooks, reports security metrics, and participates in after-hours on-call response.

Supports the Rolls-Royce and GE engine product line by managing supply chain requirements, inventory, purchasing, sales, brokering, supplier and customer relationships, pricing negotiations, market evaluations, and margin goals. The role analyzes purchase opportunities, maintains inventory levels, supports scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance needs, and attends industry events. Domestic and international travel may be required.

The Procurement Specialist will manage parts procurement, vendor negotiations, and inventory control to support Technical Advisors, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.

Directs strategic planning and operational support for aviation maintenance, focusing on cost savings, vendor agreements, procurement optimization, rental asset scheduling, forecasting, dashboards, and workforce growth planning. Partners with finance, technical, regional, and parts-and-engines teams to improve maintenance event decisions, control costs, strengthen vendor performance, and provide executive leadership with actionable operational and financial insights.

Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients on airframe and engine maintenance events (routine, scheduled, unscheduled, AOG). Coordinate repair facilities, manage service calls, perform event triage, on-site representation, invoice review, asset inspections, and maintain client and provider relationships to balance airworthiness, cost, schedule, and operational impact.

Build and maintain aircraft maintenance programs, manage documentation revisions, monitor updates from manufacturers, and collaborate with operations personnel on data changes.
