We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dedicated and professional team. As a Data Analyst, you will play an essential role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive our business decisions. You will work with various data sources, employ SQL, Power BI, and Qlik to perform data analysis, and leverage Business Intelligence tools to create insightful reports and visualizations.

In this role you will:

  • Gather raw data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik, to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
  • Utilize SQL to perform in-depth structured and unstructured data analysis, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and generate actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations to support their goals.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by the business to address specific questions or concerns.
  • Implement data quality checks and processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and BI tools.

About the ideal candidate:

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics domain with excellent SQL and data modeling skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
  • Proficient in English as the team is fully international.
  • Experience in the software development lifecycle (including product design, coding, testing, version and configuration management, security, and Quality Assurance) relevant to the functional area.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects, transforming vague requirements into impactful stories accessible to diverse audiences, leading to clear business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data findings.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a bonus.
  • Collaborative individual with a mindset suited for a multi-cultural, international organization and time management skills.
