Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will
transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting day-to-day data operations and
executive reporting. You will query relational databases, build dynamic dashboards, and
perform ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions.
Key Responsibilities
• Database Management & SQL: Write, run, and optimize SQL queries to extract,
aggregate, and clean data from relational databases.
• Dashboarding & BI: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to
track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Operational Analysis: Analyze operational datasets - including call logs,
messaging interaction volumes - to ensure accurate reporting and track usage
trends.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct quick, data-driven deep dives using Advanced Excel
(PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas) to resolve immediate operational
queries.
• Data Quality & Collaboration: Validate data accuracy before publishing reports
and collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into
technical data solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in a data analyst or business intelligence role (or
freshers with strong technical project).
• SQL: Proficiency in writing queries using joins, aggregations, conditional logic,
and subqueries/window functions.
• Power BI: Hands-on experience building reports, managing relationships in data
models, and writing basic DAX measures.
• Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, PivotTables,
formatting, data manipulation).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
Skills Required
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, or strong technical projects for freshers
- Proficiency writing SQL queries using joins, aggregations, conditional logic, and subqueries or window functions
- Hands-on experience building Power BI reports, managing data model relationships, and writing basic DAX measures
