Overview
ISS STOXX is growing! We are looking for an analytically minded and technically savvy individual to join our growing Data Organization. Ideal candidates will have a high level of independent judgment, an incredible attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and autonomously.
This is an ideal position for a new college graduate who is looking for a position that is going to be challenging, demand high performance, but will give them hands-on experience working with big data, and financial analytics.
Responsibilities:

Extracting key information from financial documents and regulatory filings
-
Processing documents related to investment vehicles (ex: Mutual Funds, ETFs, Pooled Separate Accounts and Collective Trusts)

Analyzing and processing data related to individuals and firms in the financial services industry.

Repetitive data entry
-
Performing data analysis and/or data control
-
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Training & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or any closely related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with particular focus on Excel skills
-
Computer savvy and possess the ability to learn new technology concepts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; can thrive in a cross-border / multi-cultural work environment.

Ability to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the workday.

Ability to work under pressure and a rigorous set of performance metrics.
Work Location & Schedule:

Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent day shift schedule (10am – 7pm, Manila Time)

Amenable to go on a 2-month onsite training prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.

Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)
