Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality customer service to Czech and Slovak speaking clients
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (via phone, chats and email)
- Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints
- Monitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments 6) Updating and verifying client information in the CRM system
- Collaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Requirements
- Czech language - native or proficiency level required
- Very good knowledge of English language is a must
- Higher education (might be a final-year university student)
- Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
