- Act as a trusted point of contact for junior-level technical and business users.
- Monitor customer health scores and flag risks proactively.
- Assist in coordinating service delivery with technical teams (e.g., security analysts, DevOps engineers).
- Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, renewals, and upsell paths.
- Support proposal preparation, quote management, and contract tracking for cybersecurity and DevOps solutions.
- Generate and maintain reports on customer lifecycle KPIs (onboarding progress, renewals, churn, satisfaction).
- Coordinate internally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline the deal and support lifecycle.
- Document and refine processes that support scalable growth and retention.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or sales —preferably in a cybersecurity or DevOps environment.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), or security principles.
- Familiarity with CRM and support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, ServiceNow).
