- Manage the implementation of sustainability programs across environmental, social, and governance topics in line with Suitsupply’s strategic CSR objectives.
- Lead supplier engagement and compliance processes, including onboarding, audit coordination, and performance improvement plans.
- Supervise CSR reporting workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data collection, validation, and analysis for both internal stakeholders and external disclosures.
- Collaborate with internal departments—including Sourcing, Product Development, and Legal—to integrate CSR requirements into business operations.
- Monitor global regulatory developments, assess business impact, and support the CSR Manager in adapting policies and practices accordingly.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of KPIs and sustainability benchmarks, supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Support the Senior CSR Coordinator and/or interns in daily execution and reporting duties.
- Represent the CSR team in cross-departmental meetings, external supplier reviews, and industry forums as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental science/ Human Rights, Textiles, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in CSR or sustainability roles, preferably with exposure to supply chain engagement and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and sustainability reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, Chinese, or Italian is an advantage.
