About you:  

 

As a Junior CRM Marketing Account Manager, you will provide reactive and proactive support and assist the Account Manager in managing each client's requirements on a day-to-day basis. You will understand your clients' priorities, timelines and campaign plans in order to prioritise your workload to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns, reports etc. You will have a good understanding of your clients' overall data structure and the associated automated CRM campaigns which are employed. You should have an understanding of each business sector your clients sit within which will support your strategic role.

 

Day-to-day, you will:  

  • Campaign & Journey Management – Build and schedule multi-channel campaigns with data segmentation and target audiences, create automated customer journeys from client briefs, and manage customer surveys whilst ensuring best practice adherence.

  • Client Support & Training – Provide education and training on Acteol's CRM software, research and troubleshoot client queries, validate tasks before delivery, and maintain responsive daily communication to meet SLAs and build partnership relationships.

  • Reporting & Analytics – Run database and campaign performance reports, compile monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint, interpret top-line data, configure dashboard reports, and monitor survey results based on client requirements.

  • Project Coordination & Administration – Follow approved project management processes, submit and monitor tasks in management systems, take meeting notes with action points, support the account management team collectively, and contribute to software development improvements.

 

Your skills and experiences might also include:   

  • Digital Platform Expertise – Experience using email platforms, social media management tools, CRM systems, and review sites with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.

  • Data & Analytics Skills – Working knowledge of Excel and comfort with numbers, as data analysis and interpretation are central to the role.

  • Client Relationship Management – Proven experience creating and managing briefs whilst forming excellent relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Organisational Excellence – Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
