Fouress Synergy LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior CRM Associate Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence & CRM team. This is a hands-on support role where you'll work closely with our Data Analyst to maintain and optimize our Zoho CRM ecosystem, assist in cross-functional scrum meetings, and help identify and close operational gaps across our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Zoho CRM system (modules, pipelines, views, automations, and data hygiene)
- Support the BI & CRM team in streamlining CRM workflows and ensuring data accuracy across leads, contacts, deals, and vendor records
- Participate in and assist with weekly scrum and business review meetings — taking structured notes, tracking action items, and following up on pendancies
- Help identify business process gaps and propose practical CRM-based solutions in coordination with the senior analyst
- Assist in lead data processing, formatting, and uploading across trade verticals (polymers, petrochemicals, agro commodities)
- Support the team in new CRM feature rollouts, integrations, and Zoho One suite expansions
- Help maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for sales pipelines, procurement, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate documentation and communication for internal projects as directed
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with the Zoho One suite
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL — introductory level is a plus
- Understanding of B2B trade, import/export, or commodity markets
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in CRM administration, business analysis, or operations support
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts (pipelines, lead management, workflows)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data cleaning and basic analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured data standards
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with the Zoho One suite
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL (introductory level)
- Understanding of B2B trade, import/export, or commodity markets
