Junior/ Credit Support Specialist
About the role:
We are currently looking for another Junior/ Credit Support Specialist to join our team.
The primary objective of this role is to oversee held order tasks and credit limit activities. It requires a flexible approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
In detail you will:
- Analyse orders placed on credit hold, liaise with Local Credit Manager to obtain authorized approval to release the order
- Perform analysis on customer’s accounts, preparing documentation for credit risk assessment
- Submit credit requests in dedicated credit tool and generate reports
- Provide answers to business units related to credit management processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance and Accounting or any related.
- Previous experience in finance and accounting (desirable in Account Receivable/Collection/Credit management), 1-1,5 years
- Knowledge of accounting policies and principles, activities and processes, previous exposure to internal and external business environment will be an advantage
- Very good command of English, min B2
- Working knowledge of MS Office, very good excel and analytical skills
- Desirable SAP knowledge
- Problem solving skills, continuous improvement mindset, planning and organising skills, strong communication skills, team player
- Knowledge of Spanish language (B1/B2) will be an additional asset

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
