- Reporting to the Collection Manager
- Ensuring the timely cash collection to reduce DSO & credit exposures while maintaining DPO delta
- Supporting reduction of revenue disputes, payment allocations, operator overviews
- Reviewing credit risks involving customers & suppliers by supporting the credit risk colleagues
- Maintaining weekly operational reports for analysis and ad hoc management reporting with the Collection Expert
- Guaranteeing that all collection activities are under control, including sending & receiving netting documents according to contractual terms
- Tracking, escalating overdues & any deviating behaviors to the Collection Manager
- Liaising with the Treasury Department to ensure adequate company overview in respect of cash in/out monthly
- Ensuring timely allocation of incoming payments and chase up any netting/ remittance details
- Ensuring the preparation and follow up of the weekly Sales Calls, escalating key issues, updating the collection Manager on progress & alerting any risks
- Ensuring that all escalation documents are prepared to Executive standard
- Being the key contact for internal/external customers for collection to ultimately ensure goal daily cash flow optimization
- Participating to FIN projects, ensuring timely & accurate delivery
- You have a proven 3 years work experience in Operations: collection, accounting and customer relation
- You have an excellent knowledge of the English language, French or any additional language is a plus
- Experience in dealing with Middle East and/or different cultures is a plus
- You are able to communicate clearly & tactfully in written & spoken communication
- You are a solid negotiator, able to communicate across departments
- You are strongly focused on results
- You act with integrity and have an international mindset
- You are well organized and you are a good team player.
