As a Junior Credit Officer, you are expected to exchange ideas and interact with colleagues from other departments. At Quant, we value the right balance between initiative and guidance. Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Back Office team, who act as a connection and support point for the Front Office team, who communicate with borrowers directly, you need to dive deep into debt analysis: assessing borrowers’ requests for amicable solutions, evaluating affordability to pay, analyzing loan securities, understanding legal actions, etc.
What You’ll Do:
- Review loan applications to make sure all information is complete;
- Analyze borrower financials: income, expenses, assets, liabilities;
- Summarize findings and prepare recommendations;
- Support the team with reporting, portfolio reviews, and projects;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Maximum 5 years of experience in the banking sector or Servicers;
- Familiarity with the core activities of loans and debt management;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Excellence in Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint presentations;
- Studies in business, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master’s degree will be considered an asset.
