The Role

As a Junior Creator Campaign Manager (Dutch Speaking), you will support the development and execution of creator-led campaigns for a variety of clients, working closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders. You will help identify and collaborate with creators that align with brand goals and campaign concepts, while coordinating campaign execution to ensure content is delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.

You’ll help with campaign reporting, creator administration, and tracking performance. You’ll also work closely with Content Creatives, Creator Strategists, and Project Managers while being mentored by and reporting to the Senior Creator Campaign Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Support the development of creator-led campaigns and execute them with supervision and guidance
  • Develop and execute creator programs that drive high-quality content across brand channels for assigned clients 
  • Set creator criteria and source creators that match brand and concept
  • Coordinate creators to deliver content that is on brief, on time, and within budget
  • Track creator content performance and provide data & insights for reports and learnings
  • Own creator administration and invoicing processes
  • Familiarity with tools like CreatorIQ, AirTable, Claude is a plus
  • Experience with social commerce or affiliate creator marketing is a plus

What we’re looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience with creator/influencer campaign management for leading (international) brands
  • Affinity with and understanding of the Dutch creator landscape and relevant platforms, including TikTok and Instagram
  • Native-level Dutch speaker with fluent English
  • Connect with creators and management agencies across the Benelux, building a relevant network
  • Organised and structured, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to work within allocated creator budgets
  • Being comfortable in client-facing settings, managing creator content workflows and approval processes
