What we do
Guided by our ARC (Always Relevant Content) approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Creative Strategist with excellent English skills.

The Action:

We’re looking for a naturally creative and curious thinker to join our team. Are you somebody who’s fascinated by how people behave online and why they think the way they do? Do you love exploring social platforms and understanding what makes audiences tick?

As a Junior Strategist, you’ll support the team in uncovering insights, shaping them into ideas, and helping tell stories that matter. You’ll bring an eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in connecting strategy with creative work.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in audience research and insight gathering
  
• Support in developing strategies that align with client goals
  
• Help bring structure and clarity to fast-paced projects
  
• Contribute fresh thinking and a sharp eye for trends across social platforms
  
• Collaborate closely with both strategists and creatives to turn insights into impactful work
  

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of agency or relevant experience (internships welcome)
  
• Curiosity for people, culture, and platforms
  
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  
• A proactive, organized approach with a desire to grow in strategy
