We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist with a background in fashion or related fields who has a keen sense of trends and a passion for creating aesthetic marketing concepts.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Create engaging marketing campaign concepts from scratch.
- Conduct research to identify creative opportunities.
- Prepare detailed briefs to guide designers and creators.
- Evaluate the business impact of creative assets to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design and content teams.
- Manage asset and video production with designers, influencers, and creators.
- Develop and refine processes for creative development and testing to support marketing goals.
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 6 months of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing.
- Strong business mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in market and competitor research and analysis.
- Experience in creating briefs for designers.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- A creative approach with a desire to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus.
