- Thorough knowledge of visual design principles, including graphic design, layout, typography, color and corporate identity
- Experience in designing for advertising, collateral development, events, websites, presentations, recruiting, social media, templates, and environmental design
- Experience in designing impactful creative for social media channels, primarily for X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- High verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate and present creative ideas and concepts convincingly
- Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of print and digital production and workflow
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, yet still take creative direction
