Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Corporate Relations & Placement Manager to drive corporate engagement and placement initiatives across our academic and training programs. This role requires building and nurturing relationships with industry leaders, understanding their talent needs, and ensuring successful placement outcomes for our students and learners. The ideal candidate will bring in strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in campus-to-corporate connect or talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with hiring partners and corporates.

• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and employer sessions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to align placement goals.

• Track job opportunities and ensure successful student placement.

• Maintain placement data and recruiter feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in placements, corporate relations.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook etc.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
