Job Description:
List of responsibilities:
- Helps to prepare OP & budgets and prepare reports for cross functions and multiple business lines.
- Collect and organize cost information into a database to prepare cost forecast for monthly, quarterly and or annual operating plan.
- Analyze month-end reports to identify and recommend cost-effective improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Consolidate all payments and collections into a file to prepare rolling cash forecast on monthly basis by business line.
- Local Coordination: between project controlling, accounting and HR.
- Month end closing activities like to cost transfers, allocations etc.
Person Specification:
IT/System knowledge
- Advanced in MS-Office (especially Excel and Power-Point)
- ERP systems
- Experience with MS-Access
Language Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
