iSchool is seeking a Content Reviewer (Computer Science Tracks) to ensure high-quality, accurate, and engaging educational materials across key CS fields like AI, web development, data science, cybersecurity, game development, and app development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in at least one of these areas and the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, age-appropriate lessons for students at various skill levels. This role involves reviewing and refining content to enhance clarity, technical correctness, and learning effectiveness, helping shape a world-class tech education experience.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Review and Quality Assurance:

  • Evaluate and review technical content for accuracy, clarity, and coherence, ensuring it is appropriate for the students age range and educational level.
  • Ensure content aligns with educational standards and industry best practices.
  • Check for technical correctness and relevance to current technologies and practices.

2. Age-Appropriate Presentation:

  • Ensure content is presented in a way that is engaging and understandable for the student age range.
  • Adapt technical language and explanations to be accessible and educational for students.

3. Content Improvement:

  • Provide detailed comments with feedback and actionable suggestions for each content deliverable, adhering to established review guidelines.. 
  • Edit material to enhance structure, readability, and educational value.
  • Proofread for grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and content developers to address any content issues and implement improvements.
  • Participate in content development meetings and contribute insights based on technical knowledge.

5. Educational Alignment:

  • Ensure that content aligns with educational goals and learning outcomes for students.
  • Assist in developing content that supports curriculum objectives and enhances student learning experiences.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Track and report on content review metrics and issues.
  • Document review processes and maintain records of feedback provided.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in STEM education. Must meet the minimum age requirement of 25.
  • Experience with instructional design or educational content development.
  • Previous experience working with educational institutions or in a learning environment. 
  • Strong background in one of these fields(AI -web development, data science, cybersecurity, embedded systems, and computer fundamentals).
  • Proficiency in Google Drive for content management, including document organization, collaboration, and version control. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inaccuracies or inconsistencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
