We are looking for a positive, motivated professional who wants to join our Team in Plovdiv as Junior Content Management Specialist!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, maintain and optimize promotional pages and website content using the internal Content Management System.
- Review marketing materials and other content to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Conduct regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and correct formatting of published content.
- Stay up to date with the latest CMS features and technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Experience with Terms of Use, Online Service Agreements, and GDPR compliance is a plus.
- Organize and maintain digital files.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, implement changes, and ensure seamless, timely content delivery.
- Assist with website localization, coordinating with translators, and ensuring proper implementation of the translated content.
- Proofread and edit content before publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficient in using content management systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, public relations, communications or similar.
- Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be beneficial.
