Stillingsbeskrivelse
We’re currently looking for talented students seeking a career in management consulting to join our fast-growing Digital Transformation team in Aarhus starting summer 2026.
What you’ll do
The job content depends on you and will be specified according to your profile. However, as the Digital Transformation office in Aarhus is growing, you should be motivated by working across multiple areas within digital transformation and contributing to a broad range of digital and IT projects.
You’ll work on topics spanning strategy, project design, and execution, for example, within digital and IT strategy, operating model design, enterprise architecture, project and programme management, agile ways of working, cybersecurity, as well as data and AI.
Given the breadth of work in Aarhus, it’s important that you have a broad interest in digital and IT projects and that you’re comfortable switching between different problem types, levels of context maturity, phases of a transformation, and varying levels of technical depth.
Working as a junior consultant at Implement, you’ll handle a variety of tasks depending on the projects we are running, both internally and externally. However, we expect that you will do most of your work for external clients in collaboration with colleagues from Implement. On such projects, your areas of responsibility may vary from analysis, preparation, and execution of workshops to managing parts of projects.
As part of a project, you’ll carry out work and analysis that form an important basis for decisions. Thus, it’s crucial that you can conduct structured analysis and presentation within a technical context.
The workload will be approximately 2–3 days per week. However, we understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we’re aware that there will be times when you are busy with assignments and exams.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for talent with a genuine interest in areas related to digital transformation: strategy and architecture, sourcing and selection, technical programme and project management, change management on technical transformations, cyber security, and/or data and AI.
To be a great fit for this role, we imagine you:
- Are currently finishing a relevant bachelor´s degree or have started a master’s degree in IT, digital, business, mathematical modelling, engineering, social sciences, or similar – with excellent results to show for it
- Have approximately 1½–2 years left before graduating (preferably graduating from a master’s programme in 2028)
- Have strong analytical skills, including experience with AI tools, with experience in PowerPoint and Excel
- Have a strong understanding of and interest in IT/digital topics
- Are an empathic team player as well as able to work independently and drive objectives and results
- Have relevant experience from previous roles
We’re looking for people who can challenge us but also want to put in the effort to learn while working alongside experienced consultants.
What do we offer?
At Implement Consulting Group, we offer a job in a fast-growing, top-tier Scandinavian-based consultancy, where you’ll become involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will help take your strategic and analytical skills to the next level.
We aspire to be the best place for the best people, and we highly value your personal and professional development, offering internal training opportunities, social events and more. If you perform well as a junior consultant, there is a possibility of permanent employment as a full-time consultant.
Join us to experience a unique culture, helpful colleagues, and a company aiming to redefine the management consulting industry.
Make your next move matter.
Deadline
Please apply before 30 April 2026. You can expect the interviews to be held in May.
