We are looking for experienced professionals in two main directions: Digital Transformation of Public Sector and SMEs & Economic Development and Policy Research.

You will:

  • Gather and analyze data from public and private sectors;
  • Support feasibility studies and business process analysis;
  • Assist in preparing business cases and digitalization strategies;
  • Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops;
  • Contribute to market research and analytical reports;
  • Collaborate with consultants and senior analysts on project tasks;
  • Help produce visually appealing and well-structured reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Information Technologies, Economics, or Public Administration;
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • Basic knowledge of data processing tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Georgian is a plus;
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a consulting environment.
