You will:
- Support project implementation under the supervision of senior team members;
- Identify and track donor-funding projects in Kosovo and prepare summary reports;
- Assist in drafting project proposals;
- Gather data to conduct research to analyze industries, competitors, and business opportunities;
- Organize events and workshops to meet company and client objectives;
- Collaborate with consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Prepare training materials and presentations for clients;
- Maintain client communication to provide updates;
- Adhere to company policies and assist in policy creation when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fields;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Albanian;
- Strong analytical and research skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
