As a Junior Consultant, you will work in teams on challenging projects for leading companies across various sectors. You will start in our Technology Bootcamp, where you’ll familiarize yourself with methods such as Mendix, Azure, Appian, Pega, and UI-Path. After joining our bootcamp, you are ready for your first project. For example, our Mendix capability has completed projects for ASML and Heineken, while the Appian capability implemented an AI-driven project at DAS (legal assistance) to enable employees to interactively chat with their database. This saves significant time when processing claims.
You will develop solutions that directly contribute to our clients’ businesses, making an impact on the success of our projects from day one. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will translate challenges into valuable and pragmatic approaches. Additionally, you will apply cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to optimize business processes and achieve strategic objectives. Prior experience with our tools or methods isn’t required - what matters most is your analytical mindset and interest in developing our services.
