Lead end-to-end change management and leadership initiatives for client transformations. Design and execute change strategies, manage stakeholders and project teams, assure quality, grow client relationships, and expand the People & Organisational Transformation capability within the firm.

Lead and architect Mendix-based, scalable solutions; run workshops, design architectures, lead multidisciplinary/DevOps teams, coach Mendix developers, support pre-sales, and help scale Low-Code capability and best practices.

Lead IT transformation engagements advising C-level clients on IT strategy, target operating models, enterprise architecture, vendor selection, and AI & data integration. Manage projects, run workshops, produce board-level reports, mentor consultants, and deliver roadmaps that align technology with business goals.

Design, develop, test and deliver scalable Mendix low-code solutions in agile teams. Lead workshops, translate client needs into apps, work on integrations and AI-enabled automations, support pre-sales, and coach junior developers while owning application delivery and platform architecture decisions.

Provide day-to-day HR administration and employee relations support for Dutch-speaking employees: manage HR mailbox, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, leave and payroll data, IND procedures for highly skilled migrants, benefits enrollment, and drive HR process optimization and standardization projects.

Lead organisational transformation engagements: translate strategy into effective organisational design, optimise processes and implement new business models. Manage delivery and stakeholders, coach consultants, build client relationships, and grow Valcon's People & Organisational Transformation capability and industry presence.
