Junior Consultant (m/f/d) Capital Markets Hub
Frankfurt am Main
As part of the Capital Markets Hub, you will work in the transaction and investment business of one of the leading international consulting firms in the real estate sector. You will build up a personal track record with real estate transactions throughout Germany and in all asset classes. The early assumption of responsibility and a high degree of initiative are particularly important for this role. Our young team stands for active cooperation, enthusiasm and commitment.
These tasks await you:
- Support for transaction consulting (buyside / sellside)
- Development of transaction data rooms
- Organization and creation of marketing materials and pitches with our in-house design agency
- Cash flow modeling and underwriting
- Preparation of portfolio, scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Client meetings and viewings
- Working on a national and international level and across all sectors
- Working with highly experienced real estate consultants and the opportunity to learn a lot and get a broad education
What you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies in real estate management or economics
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
- Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and motivation
- Goal-oriented, independent work and ability to work in a team
