Our Product Compliance team is seeking a Junior Product Compliance Engineer in Kaunas, Lithuania to help ensure our next-generation IoT and networking products meet global regulatory standards. In this role, you will support product testing and certification processes, learn to navigate compliance requirements across RF, EMC, and safety domains, and grow your skills as our products scale into markets worldwide.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
In this role, you will:
- Measure electrical parameters of products under development;
- Perform tests in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory documents;
- Identify and resolve Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) issues;
- Prepare internal test reports and maintain related documentation;
- Advise product developers, and identify and select the standards, directives, and other regulatory documents applicable to electronic devices;
- Cooperate with accredited laboratories, scientific institutions, certification bodies, and market surveillance authorities;
- Meet project deadlines while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
What we expect of you:
- Higher education (or final-year studies) in Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or Metrology;
- Basic understanding of electronic schematics;
- Basic knowledge of metrology;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Fluent English (reading and writing);
- A responsible, proactive, logical, and result-oriented approach to work;
- Genuine interest in developing expertise in a highly specialized field;
- Knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) or experience with measuring equipment (spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer) would be an advantage.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~1837 Eur—3006 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
