Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time Junior Commercial Analyst to join their team.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Analyst, the Junior Commercial Analyst is responsible for providing high quality sales & marketing reporting and insights, utilising CRM systems (SFDC, Pardot), as well as PowerBI and SQL-based systems including the company's data warehouse.
Familiar with concepts such as sales and marketing performance reporting, and the relevant KPIs associated with performance, the Junior Commercial analyst will support the regular reporting cadence with high-quality sales activity and marketing demand-generation reporting and insights.
Naturally curious and a motivated self-starter, with a good understanding of the critical success factors of a high-performing commercial organisation, the Junior Commercial Analyst should be comfortable and capable of identifying emergent trends and distilling complexity down to actionable insights.
Main Tasks
SALES PERFORMANCE
- Supports the Senior Commercial Analyst with high-quality sales performance reports and insights, identifying causal trends between leading indicators such as activity, with lag indicators such as revenue generation, at both an individual and regional level
- Works with sales stakeholders to identify insights and reporting requirements, and utilizes datasets within the company's CRM system (SFDC), SQL data warehouse, and other relevant applications, to develop automated and scalable reports and dashboards to fulfil those requirements
- Ensures the maintenance of dashboards used to display findings and track KPIs
MARKETING PERFORMANCE
- Provides data-based insights to the marketing organization, including channel performance, marketing funnel health and conversion (MQL,SAL,SQL) and ROI
- Works with internal stakeholders to develop additional automated, scalable marketing reporting and insights using the company's CRM system (SFDC) SQL data warehouse, and other relevant applications
HIERARCHY MANAGEMENT AND ONGOING DATA CLEANUP
- Responsible for periodically reviewing and maintaining accurate account hierarchies in the CRM system
- Works closely with CRM owners to minimize the impact of system updates on the hierarchy structure
- Performs regular data quality checks as agreed with the CRM owners and Senior Commercial Analyst
Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of the Philippines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related major (preferred)
- Experience of working with sales & marketing organisations (preferred)
- Has a good understanding of core B2B sales & marketing concepts including but not limited to Pipeline Management, Sales Performance Management, Forecasting, Marketing Funnel Performance, and Channel Performance
- Experience in interacting with sales & marketing personnel, in a matrixed environment
- Has good command of reporting and insight software including, but not limited to Salesforce.com, Pardot, Excel, PowerBI, SQL
- Is a proactive and results-oriented player who has a data-driven mindset
- Has the ability to be self-directed and manage engagements, deliver under pressure and provide informed responses to leadership in short timeframes
- Has attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
