Job Title: Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
 

We're looking for a Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst to join our growing Global Logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with up to 3 years of experience to gain exposure to global pharmaceutical supply chain operations and help drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our cold chain network. 
 

What you'll do:

• Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions, deviations, and OTIF performance
• Support the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholders
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities
• Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiatives
 

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus)
• A quality-focused mindset and interest in working within a regulated environment
• Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
