Overview/Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Coordinate tasks through our dedicated project management platform, Klea, for both recurring and non-recurring corporate housekeeping processes.
• Manage and oversee the workload of the operations manager, collaborating on ongoing processes.
• Review legal documents prepared by the operations manager.
• Respond to client inquiries on various corporate secretarial matters by consulting internal resources, reviewing applicable local legislation, or seeking advice from local legal partners.
• Hold regular calls with clients to ensure clear communication and address any concerns.
• Lead client training sessions to demonstrate the Klea platform and explain the workflow processes.
• Perform other tasks requested by the Director of Delivery team related to the management of recurring and non-recurring corporate housekeeping processes
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
• A degree in law, with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced international legal environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Practical approach to project management.
• Willingness to learn about repetitive legal processes across multiple countries.
• Ability to think in terms of processes and deliver sustainable, repeatable results.
• Collaborative team player.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
