Are you passionate about understanding consumers and helping brands reach their full potential? Join our Client Service team and be a fundamental part of our clients' transformation.
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented individual to drive brand success through our expertise in purchasing behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Execution: Design and implement effective business plans for our clients and assigned solutions, in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Business Growth: Identify and capture new business opportunities with both current and potential clients, increasing the value of our solutions.
- Proposal Development: Create, manage, and present innovative technical proposals that meet our clients' needs.
- Analysis and Presentation: Break down and communicate key data to provide valuable insights that impact decision-making.
- Training: Train our clients (both internal and external) on consumer trends and behaviors to maximize their strategies.
- Financial Management: Supervise and adjust the monthly budget to ensure the achievement of sales goals and actions.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced database management skills and the ability to turn data into impactful stories.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and empathy skills to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Organization and Strategy: Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects efficiently.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into clear and actionable conclusions.
- Client Orientation: A dynamic and negotiating approach, always putting the client at the center of everything.
- Proactivity: Entrepreneurial spirit, with the initiative to propose and lead new ideas.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in consumer panel analysis, retail, or FMCG companies in marketing, strategy, or analysis roles.
- Fluent command of English (spoken and written) and native-level Spanish.
