Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of current processes. Collaborate to identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring that a holistic perspective is considered when devising optimization strategies;
  • Conduct deep dives: Utilize data-driven methods to conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes. This includes collecting relevant data, mapping out processes, and performing gap analyses to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and untapped opportunities for optimization;
  • Help build process documentation: Assist in developing clear documentation for optimized processes, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contributing to process flowcharts;
  • Support Tech Team Collaboration: Assist in exploring opportunities for process enhancement with Product and Data Teams. Provide support in implementing process changes;
  • KPI Tracking: Support in defining and monitoring KPIs and metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness. Regularly assess progress against these benchmarks and identify areas needing further attention;
  • Monitor process changes: Aid in overseeing the implementation of process improvements and changes. Assist in gathering data to evaluate effectiveness;
  • Communicate results: Effectively communicate the results of process improvements to relevant stakeholders. Provide clear insights into the impact of optimizations, using data and metrics to support your findings in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Background in economics, or STEM;
  • Work experience: 0-2 years, ideally in operations, logistics or last-mile, in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a data-driven mindset;
  • You are highly organized and a results-oriented individual;
  • Experience in G-Suite (particularly in Gsheets), and solid SQL skills;
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements;
  • Fluent communication skills in English. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with Looker or similar (i.e., Power BI) or Python/R;
  • Experience in the Food Delivery / Q-Commerce industry;
  • German is a plus.
