About the opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Management Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure every campaign is set up for success: from launch, to optimisation, to performance delivery. You’ll act as the central steward of our advertising campaigns, managing client expectations, monitoring results, and proactively driving improvements across our suite of solutions.
You’ll be the trusted partner who translates objectives into outcomes, ensuring clients experience the full value of Teads’ technology, service, and innovation throughout every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
What will you do?
Within the Campaign Management team, your key role will be to serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for both Self-serve and Managed Service campaigns, while assisting on pre-sale queries.
Self-Serve campaign management
- Support the onboarding of clients onto Teads Ad Manager in collaboration with the Enterprise team
- Provide clear and effective guidance on campaign setup, tracker implementation, and Brand Safety alignment
- Assist clients in validating campaign setups and backend activations
- Oversee the post-sale campaign process, including but not limited to: setup, pacing and delivery, optimization, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify key trends and deliver actionable insights, supporting Account Managers in upselling opportunities and revenue retention
- Communicate with Sales and Account Managers on clients’ Reachcast bookings and proactively recommend potential upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with the Insights team to initiate Brand Lift studies for selected campaigns and provide guidance to clients on implementing third-party tracking tags as needed
Managed Service campaign management
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution following the post-sales process
- Set up campaigns via our legacy platform / Teads Ad Manager, ensuring alignment with client tracker requirements and Brand Safety standards
- Assist Account Managers with Reachcast forecasting upon receipt of client briefs
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, implementing optimizations to meet client's KPIs
- Provide screenshots as proof of delivery upon campaign activation
- Prepare weekly performance reports and summarize key campaign highlights for each campaign
- Proactively communicate with clients, Sales, and Account Managers regarding campaign performance, optimization strategies, incremental revenue opportunities, and post-campaign insights
- Assist other team members in reviewing internal campaign setups to ensure accuracy and a seamless campaign launch
- Collaborate with the Insights team to activate Brand Lift studies for selected campaigns and ensure proper setup and tracking in line with client requirements
- Prepare end-of-campaign reports for key clients and support the development of case studies in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers
Other Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Account Managers, Creative, STAs and Insights to ensure campaigns run smoothly and identify upsell opportunities
- Assist Account Managers in media planning for upcoming campaigns by providing past campaign feedback
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand safety standards and platform policies
- Actively participate in and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team learning and best practice exchange
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign assets, tracking, and results
About You
- You bring at least 1 year of experience from a digital media agency, DSP, or AdTech environment, and you understand how the industry’s evolving trends, from programmatic buying to header bidding and OpenRTB, shape real-world campaign execution.
- You’re highly organised, with a proven ability to balance long-term planning with day-to-day delivery. You take pride in your craft, uphold high standards of quality, and naturally look for opportunities to refine processes, solve problems, and elevate outcomes.
- You’re comfortable engaging with strategic clients and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments where ambitious goals are the norm. Your strengths include proactive thinking, creativity, and a solutions-first mindset.
- You’re fluent in the tools and systems that keep digital advertising running, whether that’s ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, or other operational technologies.
