Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.  

As a Junior C++ Developer at Endava, you will collaborate with senior developers and work on building and maintaining Telecom software applications. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code and learning from experienced team members to develop your technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying Telecom software applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code based on requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing software.
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing applications and codebase.
• Stay up to date with new programming techniques, technologies, and trends.
• Work closely with geographically distributed cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and project management, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Document code and processes for future reference and team collaboration

• Understanding of different common programming paradigms (OOP, Functional, etc.).
• Knowledge of as many as possible of the following programming languages, frameworks, and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git or similar.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English & Swedish proficiency.
