As a Business Intelligence Analyst dedicated to our French market, you will be a key contributor to a locally focused BI team, driving the transformation of analytics delivery in France. Collaborating closely with French business leaders, operational teams, and the broader EMEA Analytics group, you’ll leverage data to generate insights, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable value to both clients and internal stakeholders.You’ll work alongside a local data operations team while being deeply connected to a wider network of analytics professionals across EMEA—including data scientists and automation experts. Your role is central to turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver market, client, and operational intelligence tailored to business needs.
Act as the voice of the client, translating their needs into insightful analysis and actionable outcomes.
Communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Translate strategic business questions into analytical projects, defining the data and tools needed to drive results.
Design and deliver prototype dashboards, reports, and visualizations that turn complex data sets into intuitive insights.
Collaborate with the broader EMEA Analytics Team to ensure alignment, synergy, and best-in-class analytics outcomes.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic business goals.
Bridge communication between business units and analytics teams, clarifying project scope, timelines, and expected outcomes to support data innovation and process optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Languages: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Power BI (or equivalent tools such as Tableau).
- Proven experience working with large datasets to create impactful dashboards and reports.Technical Skills
- Proficiency in DAX and SQL is required.
- Experience with DataBricks and working with Data Lakes is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Soft Skills:
