Job Description

Are you an ambitious and commercially driven professional looking to grow your career in sales and business development? Do you enjoy working hands-on, engaging with clients, and turning opportunities into real business?Then join our team in Dubai and become part of our growing project management and real estate business in the UAE. In this role, you will work closely with the local management team in Dubai to help drive business growth across the UAE market. You will support the development of client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to outreach initiatives, marketing activities, and project proposals. This position offers a high degree of ownership and visibility from day one, providing the opportunity to take an active role in shaping business development efforts in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

 

  • Develop and qualify B2B leads in the real estate, construction, industry and infrastructure sectors in the UAE and actively build a strong business pipeline to support revenue growth and strategic objectives
  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, market outreach, events, and industry platforms
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions alongside senior management
  • Support the full BD lifecycle - from prospecting and prequalification to bid submissions, proposal coordination, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system
  • Introduce initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, including supporting social media
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in consulting, project management services or technically complex services in the real estate, construction, infrastructure or engineering sector, with a demonstrated track record of generating leads and supporting revenue growth 
  • First working experience within the UAE market, with a strong understanding of its commercial landscape and project environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; Arabic is plus
  • Valid UAE driving licence is required
  • Motivated to grow and further develop within a business development and commercial role
  • Independent, hands-on, and proactive working style with the confidence in generating leads and initiating client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Skills Required
