 As Junior Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to push market elaboration outside of Germany in the public and semi-public sector and to define and complete necessary steps to follow opportunities. Foreign markets are approached in coordination with our Local Entrepreneurs. If successful, feasible local legal structures need to be defined, founded and put into operation. Another focus is to increase the efficiency of Qwello by analyzing current processes, making proposals for improvement and leading the implementation. In a highly volatile environment with flexible working structures, the aim of your work is to support colleagues and external contacts with competent business advice at all times, so that we can make the best possible decisions in our market.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

  • Ownership over ongoing market analysis incl. competitor evaluations and regulatory environment
  • Evaluation of market potential of new products or business models
  • Support of other international Qwello legal entities during commercial decisions for larger projects including developing the corresponding business cases
  • Structuring and processing of Qwello internal data leading to management decisions and company-wide improvements
  • Optimization and further development of internal processes and tools
  • Preparation of board meetings and establishment of new Qwello meeting formats

Your Profile ✨

  • Successfully completed studies/training and at least 1-3 years practical experience
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
  • Extensive experience with excel and modelling
  • Confidence in project management & design
  • Work experience in working with a BI and large data sets is a plus
  • Fluent German and excellent English
  • High flexibility, reliability, independence and diligence
  • Experience with agile working practices and working in a self-determined organisation without hierarchical levels is an advantage
  • Personality with high interdisciplinary capabilities
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach and goal-oriented way of working
  • Team player with a very high level of communication skills
  • Experience with intercultural teams
