Junior Business Development Consultant
Location: Warsaw
The person in this role will support business development by providing added value in the sales process. They will consult clients' business processes by analyzing the entire supply chain and offering UPS solutions to optimize it. The Consultant works closely with the Sales Department and engages multiple functions on both the client’s and UPS’s side, consulting and managing initiated projects. Through consultations, they help potential and existing clients understand their supply chain. They oversee implementation projects and assist in overcoming obstacles to their completion. Additionally, they support the Sales Team in business development by highlighting UPS’s unique offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting and selling UPS Customer Solutions
- Professionally conducting sales meetings with current and potential clients
- Engaging clients with solutions that support business growth
- Managing projects integrating client systems with UPS solutions
- Building effective relationships with internal and external clients
- Reporting work results in UPS systems
- Efficiently planning and executing tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English and fluency in Polish are required.
- Higher education, preferably in logistics/management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability and willingness to travel for business purposes
- Experience in logistics or consulting services is an advantage
- Category B driving license
