How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
This is a hybrid role designed for someone who loves both working with people and digging into data infrastructure. You will act as a key connector between HR business teams and central IT, helping gather business requirements, verifying data models in our data lake, and assisting with Workday integrations.
If you are eager to build a career at the intersection of HR business analysis, data pipelines, and business intelligence, this role offers hands-on technical exposure and high visibility across the business.
- Bridge Business & IT: Collaborate closely with HR teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, serving as a key liaison with central IT and leading rigorous data validation.
Drive Visual Analytics & Insights: Design, build, and optimize impactful Power BI dashboards while tracking usage metrics to enhance analytics delivery continuously.
Empower Users & Support Operations: Enable business teams through engaging training and clear documentation, while supporting the roadmap and feature backlog prioritization.
Uphold Data Governance & Privacy: Champion high data privacy standards and strict compliance protocols across all HR analytics initiatives.
Ensure Data Lineage & Transparency: Maintain clear end-to-end data lineage and comprehensive technical documentation for internal architecture and workflows.
Are you a MATCH?
What you bring:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, or technical operations
Solid foundational knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
Proven ability to build compelling visual dashboards using Power BI
Practical scripting skills in Python or R
Strong commitment to data governance, security, and privacy principles
Good understanding of data architecture and data mapping fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Great to have:
Prior experience with modern enterprise HR systems (especially Workday)
Exposure to cloud ecosystem technologies and enterprise data lakes
Familiarity with collaborative project tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, Azure DevOps)
