What will you be doing?
The (Junior) Business Consultant brings in the revenue targets and the contract renewals of his client portfolio. Business Consultant is responsible for the client satisfaction of his customers by delivering fact based insights advice and consultancy. The (Junior) Business Consultant generates leads and or closes upsells based on extra services. The coordination of the client facing activities will be in good collaboration with the account team.
Job Responsibilities
- Management of the provision of insights to his clients (Provision of solutions to client’s commercial issues)
- Development of and engagement with contacts at all relevant levels of clients
- Create and close leads on extra services in cooperation with analytics colleagues.
- Identification of other business opportunities like visualization or data integration
- Revenue pipeline management
- Day-to-day commercial account management for smaller clients
- Revenue responsibility between € 400K & € 750K.
- Clients: Local FMCG clients number (second and third degree in their category)
- Internal communication that leads to effective & efficient client team management
- Pro-actively fulfil client on-site requirements
- Pro-active manage client expectations & satisfaction, use client scorecard as a tool
Requirements
- HBO/ University education (preferably CE, BE or Master in Business Administration)
- 1-3 years of FMCG experience, (trade) marketing, sales or market research
- Proactive and tenacious approach
