The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. 

What you can expect:

• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operations.
• Build reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Automate repetitive operational processes using data and technology.
• Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve product economics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and deliver results.

• Translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, process standardization, and knowledge sharing.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
• Intermediate / Advanced in SQL
• Basic Python
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel.
• Advanced English level
• Previous experience in finance, credit, or other analytical role is a plus.

• Self-starter and proactive. You do not require constant supervision; curiosity drives you to find new work streams that help the company’s goals.

• Analytical and critical thinker. You leverage available data and search for new data points to make informed decisions; you do not go with the first hunch or the first answer, but test the answers against data and facts.
• Effective communicator. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey your findings in a way that others can easily understand and leverage.
• Collaborative team player. You enjoy helping others and have no hesitation in asking for help when needed.
