This junior role within the COO team offers broad exposure to financial markets, with close interaction across Portfolio Management, Risk, and Business Management functions. The role is highly analytical and provides an opportunity to contribute to core business processes and strategic initiatives.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: 

  • Dashboard Development
    Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for Credit and Emerging Markets businesses, including live P&L, risk metrics, scenario analysis, financing, and cash usage monitoring.
  • Performance & Analytics Reporting
    Produce analytical reports covering book-level historical performance, P&L attribution, fund-level performance metrics, counterparty exposure, relative value analysis, and commission tracking.
  • Risk Analysis
    Partner with Risk teams to enhance and implement risk analytics and functionalities across products in response to evolving business needs.
  • AI & Innovation Projects
    Support proof-of-concept development and implementation of AI-driven initiatives within the firm and broader investment workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with Technology (CTO, Grid, Data), Treasury, Fund Control, Coremont and Quant teams to deliver business initiatives aligned with firm infrastructure and governance.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
  • Good understanding of financial products and associated risk metrics
  • Proficiency in programming and data tools (e.g. Python, SQL, MongoDB, Github etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with portfolio managers, traders, and risk teams
