We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth BI analysis, participating in commercial roaming agreements, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions that impact the company's bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of the company cost structure using BI tools.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business data to provide insights into company performance, profitability, cost trends, and usage patterns.
- Collaborate with the Steering team to optimize roaming strategies and ensure efficient network utilization.
- Negotiate commercial roaming agreements to achieve beneficial terms for the company.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data findings to various audiences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement through data-driven analysis.
- Assist in the development of business models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and roaming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering Industry and Management, or related field - MUST
- High proficiency level in SQL - MUST
- Proven knowledge in business intelligence, data analysis.
- Python (pandas) – basic knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Detailed oriented.
- AI experience – an advantage
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel expert.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Telecommunications industry background- advantage
