About the RoleAs a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing data-driven decision-making across marketing, sales development, and strategic initiatives. You will support cross-functional teams by building dashboards, refining data processes, and uncovering trends that drive business performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Data-Driven Strategy: Manage all aspects of marketing and SDR (Sales Development Representative) data analytics, transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights
- Reporting & Dashboards: Define, implement, and continuously improve reporting frameworks and dashboards to support real-time decision-making
- Operational Excellence: Document data flows, campaign processes, and project requirements to ensure operational consistency and high-quality execution
- Process Improvement: Drive continual process optimization to maintain accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the Growth team
- Database Management: Curate lists and maintain databases to empower SDR outreach and campaign effectiveness
- Issue Analysis: Identify areas for improvement, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions to resolve bottlenecks
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align priorities and drive shared outcomes
- Strategic Insight: Deliver business intelligence to support high-impact initiatives and enable strategic decision-making across teams
- A data-savvy early-career professional with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) and a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience or academic background in business analytics, marketing, economics, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for operational accuracy and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by purpose-driven work and excited to grow into a high-impact data or strategy role
