Our client in the Banking & Financial Services sector is searching for a Junior Business Analyst based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to branch and digital banking performance, service quality and operational controls.
Analyse banking operations, customer service metrics and process performance while respecting confidentiality and regulatory controls.
- Gather business requirements and document existing workflows.
- Prepare Excel-based performance reports and basic dashboards.
- Analyse trends, exceptions and operational bottlenecks.
- Support user testing and process-improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and structured problem solving.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL or process mapping is desirable.
- Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Recent graduates or final-year students able to meet the role's start-date and employment requirements. Relevant internships, university projects and extracurricular experience are welcome. Applications from other relevant academic disciplines will also be considered.
