About the Team
The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.
In this role, you will:
- Be a part of the Operations Strategy team.
- Build dashboards and visualizations around Operations processes and metrics.
- Create comprehensive financial models and reports to facilitate optimal fulfillment/warehouse performance.
- Be the go-to person for data requests in the Ops team. Conducting ad hoc analyses, creating charts, tables, dashboards, etc to afford visibility into key metrics.
- Monitor progress on department KPIs.
- Identify patterns and outliers in data, presenting findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing processes to ensure efficiency and recommend optimizations.
- Support the team in creating documentation, SOP’s, code repositories, and updating project management tools.
- Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up.
We are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree in one of the following majors strongly preferred: Business Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- 1+ years of experience in an analytical role in Logistics, Operations, Inventory Planning, or similar fields.
- Experience working within management consulting.
- Proactive problem-solver and process-improver with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
- SQL and Excel mastery.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options).
