You & your roleAs Junior Business Analyst, you know the secrets of connecting people, data needs and smart solutions. In this role, you help Rabobank turn identity and access management data into clear questions, useful insights and better decisions.
You work in the Data & Insights area within the tribe Identity and Access Management. This area helps other teams understand how Rabobank keeps access to systems, applications and data safe. You work closely with experienced business analysts, data specialists, product owners and solution architects. Together, you make sure business questions are clear, data is used in the right way and insights help teams move forward.
This role is part of the Rabobank Early Career Program. That means you will learn on the job, work with other starters and build a strong network across the bank. You do not need to know everything yet. What matters most is that you are curious, take ownership and learn by doing.
In short• You translate business questions into clear requirements for data products, reports and insights.
• You help connect 3 squads: Data Management, Data Products and Data Insights.
• You work on topics such as identity and access management, security, data, reporting and new projects with artificial intelligence.

Your development in the Early Career ProgramIn the Rabobank Early Career Program, you will work on your personal development for 18 months. This includes personal leadership, relevant skills and themes such as sustainability, as well as learning how a bank works. In addition to personal development, you will choose one of the tracks that suits you. In this track, you will focus more on the technical content of your role.
You will meet fellow starters from different departments weekly. On other days, you will work within your own team or squad. Through business challenges and assignments, you will get to know a large part of Rabobank.

You and your talent• You have completed a Bachelor or Masters in security, data engineering or computer science/artificial intelligence.
• You are located in the Netherlands and have 0-2 years of work experience after graduating.
• You are curious about identity and access management and how access helps keep Rabobank safe.
• You can turn business questions into clear requirements for data specialists.
• You are eager to learn by doing and you take action when something is new.
• You take ownership and organise your own work, while asking for help when needed.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy connecting people, teams and ideas.
